December 1 Reflection 🖤

Thanksgiving holiday has come and gone. I truly hope that everyone got to spend some time with friends and family. This Thanksgiving, I truly had a lot to be grateful for. Today, December 1, I really want to reflect on that.

This year has really been a year of planting seeds and creating a clearer vision for my life. When people say that you really have to do the work, you really do! Even if it’s just getting CLEAR on your goals and aspirations.

For me, this year I wanted to focus on my career and defining what success looks like for me. As a Realtor, I have redefined my target market and who I’m passionate about serving and why. As a Property Manager, I planted several seeds for promotions to advance in my career. This year I’ve received two promotions. The second, right before Thanksgiving holiday, which is to the position of Director of Operations of Maryland and Virginia.

I’m grateful because these are major blessings! Vision and advancement. But I’m also grateful because I remember doing the work and calling it out specifically. I’m grateful to be able to share my journey and wins with others because one thing I’m truly passionate about is showing that there is ALWAYS a way to make your dreams come true. ALWAYS. There are more doors to open than you could ever imagine. And one thing I will be more dedicated to on my page this coming year is highlighting different avenues and options for career paths (even in different industries), home ownership (or housing in general), just OPTIONS. Because there are SO many.

I am the type of woman who learns everything there is to know about a career path I have no personal interest in, just to share it with others if the time ever came. And that’s just what I plan to focus more on this upcoming year. So if you’ve been feeling stuck, or needing inspiration on how to make something happen. Just stay tuned!

Happy December 1! 🖤💛🖤💛
