Renter’s Delight
A big topic of conversation is whether renting is a good idea. Many people find themselves debating if it is worth it to rent a home, or if it is just better to buy. My opinion is that home is what you make it, and what is truly best for you in that moment. There are many reasons people rent. Some people do not want to be tied in one location, maybe they have jobs that relocate often. Some people absolutely love the fact that they aren’t responsible for repairs when something goes wrong, and they can just call maintenance. Some people aren’t in the position to buy at a particular time, or choose not to buy at a particular time to reach a better position or goal.
